Common questions
Do I have to wash the dishes before returning them?
Scrape and rinse, then repack in the crates we deliver. We handle commercial washing and sanitizing.
How many plates should I order for a buffet?
Order one per guest plus 15 to 20 percent. Buffet guests frequently take a clean plate for a second trip.
What if something breaks?
Breakage is charged per piece at replacement cost. The optional 8 percent damage waiver covers accidental breakage.
Can I rent just plates without flatware?
Yes. Everything is priced per piece, so you can order only what your caterer does not already provide.
Do you deliver tableware in Denver?
Yes. Tableware is delivered and picked up across the Denver Metro Area in stackable crates.
How far in advance should I book tableware?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for most counts. Large orders over 150 guests are worth locking in earlier during peak season.
How we take care of you
We do not rent equipment. We help people create memories. That shows up in four commitments we hold ourselves to on every single order.
Clean and inspected
Every item is cleaned, inspected, and counted before it leaves our warehouse. If something is not right, we replace it.
On time, or we make it right
We deliver inside the window we promised. If we are running behind, you hear it from us first, not after the fact.
One person who knows your event
You get a real contact who has read your order, knows your venue, and can answer a question the day of.
We own problems through resolution
Weather turns, guest count changes, a venue moves your load-in. We solve it with you instead of pointing at a contract.
