Where We Deliver in Cherry Hills Village
Public venues and parks our crew knows, plus how access works at each one.
Cherry Hills Village Community Park
The city's public park with open lawn used for community gatherings, set among the estate neighborhoods that make up most of the city, with parking directly off the park's entrance road.
Cherry Hills Country Club (private, adjacent)
Not a public venue, but a well-known local landmark; many events we deliver to are on private estates near it rather than at the club itself.
High Line Canal Trail
The historic canal trail runs through Cherry Hills Village and is a scenic backdrop for photos, though it isn't a bookable event site.
Charlou Park (Denver, borders Cherry Hills Village)
A small park just over the city line with open turf that some Cherry Hills Village residents use for casual family gatherings.
Blackmer Common
A quiet open space in the western part of the city occasionally used for neighborhood block events; access is limited to the adjacent residential street.
Southmoor Park (Denver, nearby)
A short drive north of Cherry Hills Village, with a large lot for trucks and open lawn for bigger family reunions.
What We Plan For in Cherry Hills Village
- Cherry Hills Village lots are large and set back from the street, so long driveways are common. Let us know your gate code or access instructions ahead of your delivery date.
- Because properties here are spread out with mature trees and landscaping, we plan the carry route from the driveway to the event area in advance rather than assuming a short walk.
- Many events on these estate lots are formal, so linens, frame tents, and matched seating make up most of what we deliver here rather than casual canopy setups.
- The drive from our Denver warehouse runs 20 to 35 minutes, and we schedule around any HOA or property gate access windows you give us.
- The city spans ZIP codes 80113 and 80121, and gate or HOA approval in subdivisions near both ZIPs is worth checking before your delivery date.
