Agreement

These terms apply when you book equipment from PartyandEventRent.com. Placing an order means you accept them. You must be 18 or older to rent from us.

Quotes and pricing

Prices are shown per day, per item. Your cart shows the full breakdown before you pay: rental subtotal, delivery, optional damage waiver, and Colorado sales tax at 8.25%. Delivery and pickup are free on orders over $500. Orders under $500 have a flat $75 delivery fee. Written quotes are valid until the expiration date shown on the quote.

Deposits and payment

We collect a 25% deposit to reserve your items and hold your dates. The remaining balance is due before or on delivery. Deposits are what secure your inventory, so we cannot hold dates without one.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver the day before your event in a morning, afternoon, or evening window and pick up the day after unless we agree otherwise in writing. Someone should be on site to show us the drop location. Standard delivery places everything stacked in one spot. Setup is optional and quoted separately. The delivery area must be accessible for our truck and equipment.

Your responsibilities

• Keep equipment protected from weather when it is not in use.
• Use each item for its intended purpose only.
• Stack tables and chairs at the drop location before pickup.
• Rinse tableware and drinkware and return it to its crates.
• Obtain any permits your venue or city requires, including for tents.

Damage, loss, and the damage waiver

You are responsible for the equipment from delivery until pickup. Missing or damaged items are billed at replacement cost. The optional damage waiver, priced at 8% of your rental subtotal, covers accidental damage during normal use. It does not cover theft, loss, misuse, negligence, or damage from weather when equipment was left exposed.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as early as you can to change or cancel an order. Cancellations 14 or more days before delivery receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations 7 to 13 days before delivery receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Inside 7 days the deposit is non-refundable because the inventory was held off the market for your dates. Adding items is welcome any time, subject to availability.

Weather

Colorado weather changes fast. We deliver in most conditions, but we may delay or decline tent installation when wind, lightning, or ground conditions make it unsafe. If we cannot safely install a tent, we will refund that portion of your order.

Liability

Our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Colorado law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
