What we collect

We collect the information you give us when you request a quote, create an account, or book an order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, event dates, and the items you rent. We also collect basic usage data such as pages viewed, device type, and referring site so we can see what is working on the site.

How we use it

To price, schedule, deliver, and pick up your rental order.
To send order confirmations, delivery windows, quotes, and receipts.
To answer questions you send through chat, email, or our forms.
To improve the site, our inventory, and our pricing.

We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles card data under its own privacy policy and security standards, and we receive only the confirmation, the amount, and the last four digits.

Service providers

We share only what is needed with the services that run our business: Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Crisp for live chat, Google Analytics and Google Ads for site measurement, Microsoft Clarity for usage insights, and Google Maps for address lookup. Each of these providers handles data under its own terms.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart, remember your session, and measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the booking flow, including your cart, will not work correctly without them.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account information at any time. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Order and delivery emails are part of the service and are sent for active reservations. To make a request, email support@partyandeventrent.com.

Data retention and security

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes. Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, access controls, and role-based permissions for our staff.

Children

Our site is intended for adults booking event rentals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
