What size tent do you need?
Guest count drives the size, but so does what happens under the tent. Seated dining needs roughly 50 percent more space than a standing reception once you add tables and walkways.
10x10 pop-up
Shade for a bar, a food table, or a check-in station. Not a seating tent.
10x20 pop-up
Covers a buffet line plus a couple of cocktail tables, or about 20 standing guests.
20x20 frame
Seats about 32 guests at round tables, or 40 in rows without tables.
20x30 frame
Seats about 48 guests at rounds. A common backyard wedding or graduation size.

Tent rental questions
How much does a tent rental cost in Denver?
Pop-up canopies start around $30 per day and larger frame tents are priced per size, per day. Every price is listed on the product page before you book. Delivery and pickup are a flat $99 across Denver Metro, and free on orders over $1,000.
What size tent do I need?
Plan on about 10 square feet per guest for standing receptions and about 15 square feet per guest for seated dining at round tables. Add space for a buffet, a bar, and a dance floor. Our tent size calculator does the math for you.
Pop-up, frame, or pole tent?
Pop-ups are fast and best for small shade needs. Frame tents have no interior poles, so the space under them is fully usable and they can sit on grass or pavement. Pole tents need stakes and soft ground. Our tent types guide walks through the tradeoffs.
Can a tent go on concrete or a driveway?
Yes for frame and pop-up tents. They get weighted rather than staked when stakes cannot go into the ground. Tell us the surface when you book so we send the right anchoring.
What happens if it storms?
Denver afternoon storms move fast. Tents are rated for normal weather, not high wind, and guests should move indoors during lightning. We will talk through anchoring and a backup plan when you book.
How far in advance should I book a tent?
Book 4 to 6 weeks out from May through October. Smaller pop-ups can often be filled 1 to 2 weeks out, and same-day delivery is possible on in-stock inventory.
