Open space along Sand Creek in north Aurora used for smaller outdoor ceremonies. The carry from the lot is longer, so we plan a lighter setup here.
Southlands town center lawns
Retail plaza greens used for community and corporate events. Access is coordinated through center management and loading is from the service lanes.
What We Plan For in Aurora
- Aurora is Colorado's third-largest city, and neighborhoods stretch from Colfax all the way out past E-470, so drive time within the city itself can vary even though our warehouse run is a consistent 30 to 45 minutes.
- Newer neighborhoods around Southlands and Tollgate Crossing have HOA rules on tents and signage, so check your HOA before your delivery date if you're in one of those subdivisions.
- Older sections near Aurora Hills and Colfax have smaller lots and street parking, which usually means a compact tent footprint works better than a full-size frame.
- Aurora sits at roughly 5,400 feet and the eastern stretches toward Watkins are more exposed to wind, so we plan tent weights accordingly out that way.
- Anschutz Medical Campus and the surrounding 80045 area book a lot of weekday corporate and staff events, and those deliveries need a loading dock or lot assignment ahead of time.
- Buckley Space Force Base events in 80011 and 80017 need visitor access arranged in advance, so we schedule an early window and send driver details when the base asks for them.
- Neighborhoods like Murphy Creek, Saddle Rock, and Heather Ridge have golf course greenbelts behind many homes, and stakes are not allowed on course property, so we weight tents instead.
