Where We Deliver in Evergreen
Public venues and parks our crew knows, plus how access works at each one.
Evergreen Lake House
Popular lakeside venue with a paved lot but a grade down to the water. We confirm the exact unload spot with the venue coordinator before your date.
Evergreen Lake Park
County-run park with defined event areas. A Jefferson County Open Space permit is required for tents, so book the space first.
Hiwan Homestead Museum grounds
Historic property with a gravel lot and mountain-cabin backdrop. Narrow approach road means we plan the truck route in advance.
Buchanan Park Recreation Center
Flat, open fields on the north side of town. Easiest venue in Evergreen for straightforward tent and table access.
Alderfer/Three Sisters Park
Jeffco Open Space trailhead with a gravel lot off Buffalo Park Road. Group use of the picnic area near the trailhead needs a county reservation.
Elk Meadow Park
Open meadow trailhead on the east side of Evergreen with a paved lot. No formal event space, so gatherings here go through a nearby private property instead of the trailhead itself.
What We Plan For in Evergreen
- Evergreen sits above 7,200 feet, noticeably higher and cooler than Denver, so evenings drop fast and many hosts add patio heaters even in summer.
- Mountain roads into Evergreen, including Highway 74 and the canyon routes, are two-lane and can slow delivery in snow or heavy weekend traffic. Everything in 80439 runs through one of those canyon roads.
- Jefferson County Open Space enforces fire restrictions and permit rules at Evergreen Lake Park, and those rules can change with the fire danger level, so confirm before you plan open flame or cooking equipment.
- Many Evergreen properties, including those around Hiwan and Bergen Park, sit on gravel or dirt driveways with real grade, so let us know your driveway surface and slope so we route the truck correctly.
- We run the Evergreen route up Highway 74 or Evergreen Parkway, typically 50 to 65 minutes from our Denver warehouse, so we recommend booking your date a bit further ahead for peak summer weekends in 80439.
