Questions about renting the full setup
Can I rent a tent, tables, and chairs together in Denver?
Yes. Add each item to one order and it arrives on the same truck, in the same delivery window. Prices are listed per item, per day, so you see the full total before you book.
What does a tent, table, and chair setup cost?
It depends on tent size and guest count, and every item price is on the site. Delivery and pickup are a flat $99, and free on orders over $1,000, which most tent plus seating orders clear.
What size tent do I need for my tables and chairs?
Plan on about 15 square feet per guest for seated dining at round tables, plus space for a buffet, bar, and dance floor. Our tent size calculator turns your guest count and seating style into a size.
Do you set everything up?
Yes. Setup and teardown is included in the price of every item. Our crew places and assembles everything to your layout and takes it down at pickup.
How far in advance should I book?
Book 4 to 6 weeks out for peak season from May through October, since tents go first. Smaller orders can often be filled 1 to 2 weeks out, and same-day delivery is possible on in-stock inventory.
What if it rains or gets windy?
Tents handle normal weather, not high wind, and guests should move indoors during lightning. We go over anchoring and a backup plan when you book, and tell us your surface so we send the right weights or stakes.
How we take care of you
Four things we hold ourselves to on every order, whether it is six chairs or a full wedding.
Clean and inspected
Every item is cleaned, inspected, and counted before it leaves our warehouse. If something is not right, we replace it.
On time, or we make it right
We deliver inside the window we promised. If we are running behind, you hear it from us first, not after the fact.
One person who knows your event
You get a real contact who has read your order, knows your venue, and can answer a question the day of.
We own problems through resolution
Weather turns, guest count changes, a venue moves your load-in. We solve it with you instead of pointing at a contract.
