Who we work with
Event planners
You are managing a client, a venue, and a timeline at the same time. What you need from a rental company is a quote you can drop into a client proposal, a delivery window that does not drift, and someone who answers the phone on the day.
Wedding planners
Wedding builds have no slack in them. Ceremony flip, dinner service, and teardown all sit on a schedule you already published, so the rental delivery either fits the plan or it breaks it.
Caterers
Your kitchen is the hard part. The tables, linens, and glassware should not be. We deliver on your load-in window so your team walks into a room that is ready to be set rather than one that is still waiting on a truck.
Venues
When a booking outgrows your in-house inventory, you need a rental company that shows up on your terms, respects your load-in rules, and does not create a problem for your staff on the day.
How partner orders work
Line-item quotes
Equipment, delivery, setup, and tax are broken out so you can forward the quote or price it into your own proposal.
Card payment
A 25 percent deposit reserves the equipment and the balance is charged at delivery. We do not run purchase orders or invoicing terms.
COI on request
We issue a certificate of insurance naming your venue or organization. Send the exact entity name with the quote request.
Booking for a group instead?
Churches, schools, HOAs, nonprofits, and companies that run recurring events have their own page.
