2. Written proposal
A proposal with the scope, timeline, layout plan, rental list and our planning fee, all in writing. Change it until it is right, then approve it.
3. White-glove execution
We coordinate vendors, deliver and set up the rentals, run the schedule on the day and handle teardown. You get one planner as your contact from start to finish.
