What we need to arrange a delivery today
Start with the equipment your event cannot run without. Be open to a different chair style or table size if your first choice is already out.
Extra seats or tables
For a larger guest count or a missing buffet table, send the number of chairs and tables you need. Folding chairs and banquet tables are a practical starting point; exact styles depend on what is in stock.
Shade for an outdoor event
Send the available space and whether it is grass or pavement. A tent needs room for anchoring and installation, so a last-minute request takes more planning than a table delivery.
Access before guests arrive
Tell us when the venue opens, when guests arrive and whether there are stairs, a gate or an elevator. In central Denver, include loading access and any parking restrictions.
Pickup after the event
If the equipment must leave tonight, mention that in the first call. Delivery today does not automatically reserve pickup tonight. We confirm both trips against the crew schedule.

Do you collect equipment rented from another company?
These delivery and pickup arrangements are for equipment rented from Party and Event Rent. This is not a general courier or third-party rental collection service.
How is a same-day rental priced?
Equipment has a daily rate listed online. Standard Denver Metro delivery and pickup is $99, with free delivery and pickup on orders over $1,000. Call to confirm the total for your requested schedule before booking. Setup and teardown is included in every item's daily rate.
