Sizing your linens
Linen size depends on the table under it and how far you want the fabric to fall.
60-inch round
A 120-inch round cloth gives a full floor-length drop. A 90-inch round gives a mid-length drop that shows the chair legs.
6-foot banquet
A 90 by 132 inch cloth reaches the floor. A 60 by 102 inch cloth gives a shorter lap-length drop.
Cocktail tables
A 120-inch round covers a 30-inch standing table to the floor. Add a spandex cover for a tighter look.
Napkins and runners
Plan one napkin per guest plus a few spares. Runners work when you want the table surface to show.

Common questions
Do linens come pressed?
Linens are laundered, pressed, and bagged before they leave our warehouse. Hang them as soon as they arrive so any transit creases relax before your event.
What size tablecloth do I need for a 60-inch round?
A 120-inch round cloth gives a full floor-length drop on a 60-inch round table. A 90-inch round gives a shorter drop that stops above the floor.
Do I need to wash the linens before returning them?
No. Return them dry and loose in the bag we provide. Do not fold damp linens, since that is how staining and mildew start.
What happens if a linen is stained or damaged?
Normal food and drink stains are expected and included. Burns, tears, and wax are charged as damage, which the optional damage waiver covers.
How many napkins should I order?
One per guest, plus about 10 percent. Buffet and family-style service tends to burn through more than plated service.
Do you deliver linens across Denver Metro?
Yes. Linens are delivered and picked up with the rest of your order across the Denver Metro Area.
How we take care of you
We do not rent equipment. We help people create memories. That shows up in four commitments we hold ourselves to on every single order.
Clean and inspected
Every item is cleaned, inspected, and counted before it leaves our warehouse. If something is not right, we replace it.
On time, or we make it right
We deliver inside the window we promised. If we are running behind, you hear it from us first, not after the fact.
One person who knows your event
You get a real contact who has read your order, knows your venue, and can answer a question the day of.
We own problems through resolution
Weather turns, guest count changes, a venue moves your load-in. We solve it with you instead of pointing at a contract.
