Delivery windows

Pick a 1-hour window at checkout. We arrive inside it and confirm ahead of time.

Need earlier or later? We run 6AM to midnight. Windows before 8AM and after 9PM add $99 per trip.

Same-day delivery is possible on in-stock inventory when the schedule allows. Call and we will tell you straight.

How much is delivery?

Delivery and pickup are a flat $99 anywhere in Denver Metro for any order size, with no minimum order, and free on orders over $1,000. It covers drop-off on your selected delivery date in a 1-hour window you choose, everything stacked in one spot, and pickup on your selected pickup date. The fee is shown in your cart before you pay.

Do you set up the equipment?

Setup is optional. Standard delivery drops everything stacked and ready in one spot you choose. If you want tents raised, tables placed, and chairs set to your layout, ask for setup when you book or request a quote and we will price it for your event.

When do you deliver and pick up?

We deliver on the delivery date you select in a 1-hour window you choose, and pick up on your selected pickup date in a window you choose. Same-day delivery is possible on in-stock inventory when the schedule allows.

Do I need to be there for delivery?

Someone should be on site to show us where the equipment goes and sign off. If that is not possible, tell us the drop spot ahead of time and we will call 30 minutes before we arrive.

What do I need to do before pickup?

Stack chairs and tables where we dropped them, and put tableware and drinkware back in their crates rinsed. Tents and lighting we handle. Missing or damaged items are billed at replacement cost.
