Delivery windows

Pick a 1-hour window at checkout. We arrive inside it and confirm ahead of time.

Need earlier or later? We run 6AM to midnight. Windows before 8AM and after 9PM add $99 per trip.

Same-day delivery is possible on in-stock inventory when the schedule allows. Call and we will tell you straight.

Before we pick up

• Put tableware and drinkware back in their crates
• Leave tents and lighting to us
• Missing or damaged items are billed at replacement cost

How much is delivery?

Delivery and pickup are a flat $99 anywhere in Denver Metro for any order size, with no minimum order, and free on orders over $1,000. It covers drop-off on your selected delivery date in a 1-hour window you choose, setup where you want it, and pickup on your selected pickup date. The fee is shown in your cart before you pay.

Do you set up the equipment?

Yes. Setup and teardown is included in the price of every item. Our crew raises tents, places tables, and sets chairs to your layout, then takes it all down at pickup.

When do you deliver and pick up?

We deliver on the delivery date you select in a 1-hour window you choose, and pick up on your selected pickup date in a window you choose. Same-day delivery is possible on in-stock inventory when the schedule allows.

Do I need to be there for delivery?

Someone should be on site to show us where the equipment goes and sign off. If that is not possible, tell us the drop spot ahead of time and we will call 30 minutes before we arrive.

What do I need to do before pickup?

Leave tables, chairs, and tents where they are. Teardown is on us. Just put tableware and drinkware back in their crates. Missing or damaged items are billed at replacement cost.
