How much does it cost to rent chairs in Denver?
Chairs are priced per chair, per day, and the price is listed on the product page before you book. Folding chairs are the lowest-cost option and white resin chairs sit a little higher. Delivery and pickup are a flat $99 across Denver Metro, and free on orders over $1,000.
How many chairs should I order?
Start with one chair per guest, then add about 5 percent. If your ceremony and reception use the same chairs, plan for the move between them or order a second set so nothing has to be reset mid-event.
Folding chairs or resin chairs?
Folding chairs are the value pick and stack tightly, which matters for big counts. White resin chairs look better in photos and are the usual choice for weddings. Metal chairs get hot in direct Denver sun, so plan shade if you use them outdoors.
Do you deliver chairs, or do I pick them up?
We deliver and pick up throughout the Denver Metro Area on the dates you select. You choose a 1-hour delivery window at checkout.
Do you set the chairs out?
Yes. Setup and teardown is included in the price of every item. Our crew places the chairs to your layout and takes them down at pickup.
Can I rent chairs for one day?
Yes. The standard rental period is 24 hours, and multi-day rentals are priced per day. You select the full window on the product page.
