One-hour delivery windows
Delivery and pickup run in one-hour blocks from 6AM to midnight. You tell us where it fits in the build schedule. Windows before 8AM or after 9PM add $99 per leg.
Setup and teardown priced up front
Setup is an optional add-on priced per item, shown before you book. No surprise labor line after the event.

What we cover
- Tents and canopies sized to the site, not the guest count alone
- Seating and tables in the quantities the floor plan actually needs
- Linens, glassware, and place settings
- Bar and cocktail setups
- Event lighting
- Certificate of insurance naming the venue on request
