Which table size fits your event
Table choice drives your seating count, your linen sizes, and how much floor space you need.

Seats 8 comfortably, 10 if guests are willing to sit close. The default for weddings and seated dinners.

Common questions
How much does it cost to rent tables in Denver?
Tables are priced per table, per day, and every price is listed on the product page before you book. Delivery and pickup are a flat $199 across Denver Metro, and included on orders over $1,000.
How many people fit at a 60-inch round table?
Eight guests fit comfortably at a 60-inch round. You can seat 10 if guests do not mind sitting close, but plates and glassware get tight.
Round tables or banquet tables?
Rounds are better for conversation and are the standard for weddings. Banquet tables fit more guests in a narrow space and are the better pick for buffets and long head tables.
Do you deliver tables, or do I pick them up?
We deliver and pick up throughout the Denver Metro Area, usually the day before your event. You choose a morning, afternoon, or evening window at checkout.
Do you set the tables up?
Setup and teardown can be added to any order and is quoted with your rental. Standard delivery stages the tables in one spot at your address.
Can I rent tables for one day?
Yes. The standard rental period is 24 hours, and multi-day rentals are priced per day. You select the full window on the product page.
How we take care of you
We do not rent equipment. We help people create memories. That shows up in four commitments we hold ourselves to on every single order.
Clean and inspected
Every item is cleaned, inspected, and counted before it leaves our warehouse. If something is not right, we replace it.
On time, or we make it right
We deliver inside the window we promised. If we are running behind, you hear it from us first, not after the fact.
One person who knows your event
You get a real contact who has read your order, knows your venue, and can answer a question the day of.
We own problems through resolution
Weather turns, guest count changes, a venue moves your load-in. We solve it with you instead of pointing at a contract.
