Common questions
Do you deliver tents to Aurora?
Yes. Aurora is inside our standard Denver Metro delivery area, typically the day before your event in a morning, afternoon, or evening window.
How much does a tent rental cost in Aurora?
Pop-up canopies start around $30 per day and frame tents are priced by size, per day. Delivery and pickup are a flat $199 across Denver Metro, and included on orders over $1,000.
What size tent do I need?
Plan about 10 square feet per standing guest and about 15 per seated guest at rounds. Add space for a bar, a buffet, and a dance floor. The tent size calculator does the math.
Can a tent be set up on a driveway or patio?
Yes. Frame and pop-up tents get weighted rather than staked when stakes cannot go into the ground. Tell us the surface when you book.
Do you handle setup and takedown?
Setup and teardown are available as an add-on and quoted with your rental. Standard delivery drops the tent staged at your address.
What if there is wind or a storm?
Front Range storms move quickly. Tents are rated for normal weather, not high wind, and guests should move indoors during lightning. We will talk through anchoring and a backup plan.
How we take care of you
We do not rent equipment. We help people create memories. That shows up in four commitments we hold ourselves to on every single order.
Clean and inspected
Every item is cleaned, inspected, and counted before it leaves our warehouse. If something is not right, we replace it.
On time, or we make it right
We deliver inside the window we promised. If we are running behind, you hear it from us first, not after the fact.
One person who knows your event
You get a real contact who has read your order, knows your venue, and can answer a question the day of.
We own problems through resolution
Weather turns, guest count changes, a venue moves your load-in. We solve it with you instead of pointing at a contract.
