Planning your bar
One bar station serves a crowd only up to a point. Past that, a second station is what keeps the line short.
Up to 75 guests
One bar station handles the pace if you keep the menu to beer, wine, and one signature cocktail.
75 to 150 guests
Two stations, placed apart from each other, keep guests from bunching in one corner.
Ice and cold storage
Plan about 1.5 pounds of ice per guest for drinks and chilling combined, more on hot Denver afternoons.
Behind the bar
Tubs, pitchers, shakers, and trash need a spot. Leave a working aisle behind the bar face.

Common questions
Do you provide bartenders?
Bartending staff is arranged through our white-glove service and quoted with your event. Standard rentals cover the bar, glassware, and equipment.
Do you supply alcohol?
No. We rent the bar and the gear. Alcohol is purchased separately by you or your caterer, which usually saves money over a package price.
How many bars do I need?
One station up to about 75 guests. Add a second station past that, and place the two apart so the crowd splits naturally.
How much ice should I plan for?
About 1.5 pounds per guest covers drinks and chilling. Denver afternoons in July run higher, so round up.
Can a bar go in a backyard?
Yes. Portable bars are freestanding and need a reasonably level surface. Tell us the surface when you book.
How much does a bar rental cost in Denver?
Bars are priced per unit, per day, with the price listed on the product page. Delivery and pickup are a flat $199, included on orders over $1,000.
How we take care of you
We do not rent equipment. We help people create memories. That shows up in four commitments we hold ourselves to on every single order.
Clean and inspected
Every item is cleaned, inspected, and counted before it leaves our warehouse. If something is not right, we replace it.
On time, or we make it right
We deliver inside the window we promised. If we are running behind, you hear it from us first, not after the fact.
One person who knows your event
You get a real contact who has read your order, knows your venue, and can answer a question the day of.
We own problems through resolution
Weather turns, guest count changes, a venue moves your load-in. We solve it with you instead of pointing at a contract.
